Let me be honest with you. I was able to flatten my belly (in fact, not yet totally flat but has significantly reduced) not in seven days but for months. That is until I was able to understand the correct method for me.

Now imagine avoiding all those and start replacing them with chicken, nuts, veggies, egg, 100% cocoa, — just no carbs and sugar — there’s where the secret lies — well, that works for me.
