Before, I also wondered what to drink to get a flat stomach along with the question of what to eat to get a flat stomach fast?
Well, what I discovered is — water is the best drink to get a flat stomach. Why? Because pure water has no sugar. Pure water has no carbs. Pure water is just pure liquid that helps our body flash away toxins and fat.
Just like what I shared in my other articles, sugar and carbs are the main reason why I have big tummy before. When I learned this, I tried to cut them slowly from my diet and then I slowly got result.
Again, excess sugar and excess carbs are the reason why I got a bumpy stomach. When I tried to avoid them, I got a flat stomach.
Same with the drinks I consume. When I started avoiding sugary drinks like soda, sweetened coffee and chocolate, beer, etc., I started seeing my tummy becoming flatter and flatter.
Did I totally removed coffee and chocolate from my diet? No. I just removed the culprit — sugar, creamer, and sweetened milk. What I drink now is 100% cocoa, no sugar and marshmallow. If coffee, I dont put sugar and creamer anymore.
Tip: If you eat in a restaurant, try to ask if they serve chocolate without sugar. It’s easy with coffee since they usually are served black. Avoid 3-in-1 coffee at all times.
